Easy Returns

We honor each customer are grateful for every order. We will work with you to assure your satisfaction. Please see our return policy below, which differs by item. All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Wrappers: Please contact us within 7 days of receipt for an RMA number. Refunds will be issued only on unopened wrapper packages received in their original packaging and in perfect condition. The customer is responsible for shipping both ways. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Please use a carrier with a tracking number and signature confirmation for any returned items to prevent any lost goods. Lost goods are the responsibility of the buyer, and refunds will only be issued for goods which reach our warehouse. Authorized refunds will be issued within 7 business days.

Any signs of used products, and unauthorized returns, will not be approved for return, and reshipment of products will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Any returns outside of the designated windows will not be approved.

Non-Wrapper Items (excluding Cupcake Stands): Please contact us within 7 days of receipt for an RMA number. The customer is responsible for shipping both ways. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Cupcake Stands: Cupcake stands are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Damaged Items: Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and provide digital photos of the damage.

Unauthorized returns, and returns of used items will be not be honored, and will be subject to a return shipping fee. We regret that we are not able to provide refunds or honor exchanges for items outside of the 7-day window.
